Placing an Order:

  1. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
  2. We then conduct a standard pre-authorization check to ensure payment approval.
  3. Your order is officially accepted once payment is confirmed, and your card is charged. At this point, our contract is in effect under these terms.
  • Note: The FSC code is linked to your vehicle’s VIN. For retrofitted head units, we need the donor VIN. Be sure to include the last 7 digits of your VIN accurately when placing your order. If an incorrect VIN is provided, the FSC code will not work, and we cannot offer a refund since the FSC code is processed based on your order details.
  • You may be able to cancel or modify your order shortly after placing it, depending on the delivery option chosen. This cancellation window is typically one hour. To cancel or modify, contact our Support Team immediately via the site’s Support Form. Once the FSC Code is generated, it cannot be returned, so we cannot cancel or refund after the one-hour window has passed.
  • All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you directly.
  • Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order or freeze an account, even if it has been confirmed. For instance, if we suspect unusual activity. If this happens and you believe it’s an error, please reach out to us using the Support Form for further investigation.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Digital download orders are usually fulfilled on the same business day. However, delays may occur due to public holidays or technical issues beyond our control. If you don’t receive an update within 72 hours, please check your Junk Mail folder, then contact our Support Team using the online Support Ticket.
  • USB drive orders ship on the next business day, with tracking information sent the same day. Additionally, a downloadable link with FSC codes, maps, and instructions is provided once the USB drive ships. If you don’t receive your USB drive within 7 days of receiving tracking, please reach out to our Support Team via the online Support Ticket. Please note that the image of the USB drive on the product page is for reference only; actual USB drives may differ in appearance.

Pricing and Product Descriptions:

  • Despite our best efforts, occasional errors may occur in pricing or product descriptions. If we identify an error for an item you ordered, we’ll contact you promptly with the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll treat the order as canceled. If you cancel after paying, we’ll refund you in full.
  • Prices shown on product pages exclude VAT or other local taxes (if applicable). These will be added and displayed during checkout as needed.

Returns and Refunds:

  • FSC codes come with a 100% replacement guarantee. Most guide installations work seamlessly, but if you experience issues with downloading, delivery, or installation, please contact our Support Team via the Support Ticket on the website. We’ll do our best to assist you.
  • If our technical support cannot resolve installation issues, and you request a refund within 14 days of receiving your guide updates, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refund requests require valid proof of failure, such as a video showing the installation error. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
